Udomluck Hoontrakul is the Director of the Thammasat University Museum and a Lecturer in Archaeology at the university in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Hoontrakul was trained in field archaeology, museology and social development, and Southeast Asian art history. She received her PhD from the Department of History of Art and Archaeology, SOAS in 2022. She has extensive archaeological fieldwork experience in Thailand in particular, focusing on relations between highland and lowland cultures in the late first and early second millennia as evidenced in material culture. Her publications are oriented to the critical dimension of her work in cultural heritage and museology. She is also co-editor of the postgraduate journal Pratu.
